Munroe Falls, Ohio · Established 2021
Land that outlasts us.
Finca Ven, LLC stewards rural estates and agricultural land in northeastern Ohio. We believe that good land ownership is measured in decades, not quarters — that the soil, the water, and the trees we care for today will serve people we will never meet.
What we do
We own, restore, and manage rural properties — farms, woodlots, and estate lands — with a focus on conservation and productive use. Some properties are working farms; others are woodlands being restored to native species; a few are simply held in trust for the future.
Our work is quiet and long-term. We plant trees that will not mature for fifty years. We rebuild stone walls that have stood for two hundred. We lease fields to local farmers who practice regenerative agriculture.
Our principles
Soil and water first
Every decision starts with the health of the land. We use cover crops, buffer strips, and rotational grazing to build soil rather than deplete it.
Slow returns
We do not flip properties. We acquire land that has been neglected and restore it over years, not months.
Local partnerships
We lease to local farmers, host school visits, and open our properties to land trusts for educational programs.
Legal protection
Where appropriate, we place conservation easements that restrict development in perpetuity.
Current properties
Our portfolio includes a working farm in Munroe Falls, a woodland restoration project in Portage County, and a historic estate near the Cuyahoga River. We do not list properties for sale or lease publicly; inquiries are handled privately.
